Need Persian and Arabic translators for Flagfox 5

Hello. The translation teams for my 3 middle-eastern languages for Flagfox all seem to be inactive. As a result, I don't even have a complete RTL locale to test the new version with. :/

This is an open call to request Arabic or Persian translators to join the Flagfox translator team. (or Hebrew, but that translator might be active; I don't know yet)

The vast majority of the locale is unchanged from the previous version, however there is a not insignificant list of country names that need updating and some new UI strings that need adding. If I can't find someone to make these updates by the second week of February or so, I will be forced to drop these locales from the final release. I really don't want to do that if I can avoid it.

If there are any translators that are available for one of these locales, it would be greatly appreciated if you could join onto the team. (the locales are currently marked as open to new members)
