Hi, the Czech (cs) locales have been added and released.

However I've found some non-localizable strings:
- Preferences, Update behavior, strings "Check for updates:", "Daily", "Weekly"
- Addon description (also available via Preferences, About)
(tested with SeaMonkey/2.21 [cs])
