1) Does anyone have an idea on how to "get" such a file translated on BabelZilla? As it is not an "official" part of the NokSync extension, it is obviously not included "by default" in NokSync.
2) Does anyone have an idea on how to point translators's attention to the fact that a translation of this file would be, if not required/necessary, at least very nice to have?
For these requests you are on the appropriate topic, but you can duplicate them on the more general "Help section" here : http://www.babelzilla.org/forum/index.php?showforum=7
We frequently have to translate some help.html pages included in extensions. In your case, you are suggesting to use a "dox" system which seems a bit complicated at first sight (well I am so goofy, really). Is is compulsory to use it or is it possible to send an html page in another language ?

Does anyone know how to do that, since all I have is their username on BabelZilla - no full name, no email, nothing...
There is no real rule about that, some translators prefer to be credited with their nickname, others by their full name and mail or their national portal...
They will just tell you here on this topic what they prefer.
